You do have to upload your new flyer to AH.fm server + address Dan about replacing your old flyer by the new one at your Calendar entry, having the script Shows Bot having copied the correct picture next episode onwards

Though I can copy the URL of your (Facebook?) based flyer, history learned these URL's are not reliable in the long run: they do expire sooner or later.

PM-ing me is no use. Though I can edit the Calendar, I can not put a given artist flyer onto AH.fm server.


Don't know when you did have contact with Dan As put above: I just checked the Calendar. The Calendar (picture, hosted on AH.fm server) still shows the 'expired' datum (9PM (AUS)


Easy: you can 'Reply With Quote' then 'copy and paste' the post(s) above (or a simple URL to this page) into a PM to Dan today to inform him about the current status

expected such already. When I put your link to the Calendar, the picture might expire 'any moment'. No alternative as to address Dan again. Simply: the picture at the Calendar (= all next created pages for next episodes) has to be replaced on AH.fm server. Afaik, Dan's the only one able (allowed, admin) to do so.

Idea: why not suggest to Dan to add an extra field enabling uploading matching a (new) flyer ?
