I think what he was getting at is those time slots that he mentioned are the premiere "listening" times, since they are during the weekend, and thought the bigger names (Aly&Fila, Manuel Le Saux, etc.) would be playing during these times. For most people, the Aly&Fila set is going to be really late on a work night so there are a number of people that will miss it.
