Defcon's resident boy-wonder Jamie Walker has seen his profile rising further still in recent months, his collab with Bryan Kearney "We'll Never Die" doing the damage worldwide. Having been with Defcon throughout the past two years since first appearing on our 6th release with a Ferry Corsten-supported remix, it seems only fitting that our half-century is reached with yet another of Jamie's fantastic EPs! Title track Brainwave is a tune the likes of which you will never have heard before - combining Jamie's signature power-trance style in full effect with an insane 170bpm drum & bass inspired breakdown! A blistering late-night dancefloor destroyer for sure! TrancEye's remix of Break The Rules drew a lot of attention before Christmas, receiving early support from Sean Tyas, Aly & Fila, and Manuel Le Saux. His remix brings Break The Rules into an entirely new dimension compared to the original, and is sure to delight his ever-growing legion of fans! Rounding things off is Touchstone, who's gained a massive following of late with a storm of exceptional remixes and originals winning him Armin support amongst others.
