Jamie Drummond makes a phenomenal debut on Mental Asylum with this double-edged 2 track smash EP: 'Joyride / Orphan'! Joyride opens the release in furious style with sizzling basslines and rippling kick drums driving the track perfectly. Atmospherics are kept sky high throughout with glossy plucked arps and blazing acid lines to really set the tone. On the break, washes of soundscapes encompass the rhythms before the hook unleashes in full for maximum crowd pleasure into the drop - stunning! Orphan continues the big room feel superbly, with another finely crafted fusion of highly charged percussive rhythms, stabbed sequences and hair raising chord changes ensuring absolute rapture on the floor once again! An extra large debut from the Asylums latest recruit - not to be missed!

Indecent Noise is here ... Already a warm up of what we are going to experience in 4,5 months in Den Bosch for ASOT 600... I believe it will be the " hardest ever set played in history at a State Of Trance event ...

Having carved out a successful individual career to date as a top producer and international DJ, Indecent Noise has now launched his own record label, "Mental Asylum Records".

Mental Asylum will offer a home to producers of the darker, twisted, more up tempo side of Trance and will be part of the increasingly successful "Fraction Records" group. Its primary focus will be quality over quantity as the label aims to establish itself as a well respected outlet for Trance music. It aims to showcase to the wider EDM community not only established trance and tech-trance artists but also the best of the new talent breaking through.
