with the way today's music scene is, comments like these suprise me. Maybe on this site they shouldn't, but still they do. EDM is so blurred now, to me this is a good thing! I, personally, LOVE that I can find a very uplifting Electro or Progressive track, or a Trance tune that bangs hard with a drop that fits just perfect in any set, not just a pure 140 mix.

Trance will always be my first love, but there are so many amazing artists pushing so many boundaries, it seems like a waste to utter reject these new ideas as crap just because they don't hold to a preconception you may have.

If you have not checked it out, you should read this blog that was posted by Lazarus regarding music genre.

I read it and found it to be extremely interesting. I love his take on it. All credit goes to DJ Lazarus, I just wanted to share it.

Amen to that!

Totally agree with this! There is a place for everything, and people have to realize that music genres are evolving and changing. Shunning a different style of music is like... hating on electric cars. For really no reason.
Even though some artists have changed their style now doesn't make their previous tracks any worse. Will forever love Tiesto's classics, and not hate on him because he has moved on from trance.

massive track from temple one now
