If you are talking about names like Bryan Kearney, Alex Di Stefano, than i agree - not everyone enjoys such rough sound.
Nowadays trance is evolving too fast - producers add house, techno, psychedelic and breaks elements, and you can't even say what kind of trance it is.

Yes, I'm sure uplifting will stay quite longer than people think. Cause it was said to be dead in 2010 whereas it is still alive as we've been hearing good examples for the last ten days.

My point is do you like that kind of mixed genre tracks?

Spot on.
Too many mixed elements are used within a track but the one that bothers me and is very commonly used by producers nowadays are making it tech-trance in the climax regardless of the beginning of the track.

Always Keep music fresh is what i Like , I like a lot of different styles so not too bothered with it all the now anyways :)
