given enough tracks - 70 is probably well above the threshold - any set can consist entirely of 'harmonious' (either same key or dominant/sub dominant steps) transitions with some rearranging.

That being said, it's a good idea to take BPM/energy/etc of the tracks into account as well so the set can tell a story.

I purchased Mixed in Key software to do that in my sets, but literally cant find time to sit and work on trance music.

Good thought. We shall hear if that principle is maintained. But I do not know that technical stuff so tell us please.

Um.....Harmonic mixing involves mixing transitions according to the Camelot Wheel. In short, DJ's often will mix one track of a particular key (example: D#min) into another track of the same key, or complimentary key. Thus allowing for smooth transitions which 'sing' together.
