I understand the idea, but this IP rule is a little stupid. Not a single one of my vote (as far as I am concerned of course) was doubled. And I lost I think 15 of them (which is 1/4 by the way). Sometimes you get vote from two people living in the same house and their IP is doubled. I know I was fair, but for others I may look like a cheater when I totally wasn't :<
