you're not native japanese , makes things different

You don't want to be on a train/metro that has to stop for an hour because of a jumper. Happens... But sure...no way I'm doing 100 hours a week and not even getting paid overtime. Insane... It's quite to sad actually...few weeks ago another case of a girl in her twenties who was working sooo much and didn't get paid all the extra hours...just ended her life, just like that.
