Advice in that case would likely be to make tracklist edits beforehand, preferrably an hour or more before the next set starts. And if you think labels where tracks were released from should be included, you go ahead and put them in, it can help listeners who'd then want to hit the download stores and grab copies to listen again to at any time

I do know it in the context of sports,so I can understand what it means here. Nowadays, it's all about marketing anyway. Gotta brainwash the minds of the many to achieve success.
