FiiO X3 1st Gen USB DAC --> m-audio av-40 speakers 1st gen

to bad my m-audio audiophile 192 dislikes windows 10

Old PC sounds like it's still very much usable.

Going 2-in-1, upping RAM from 8 to 12, HDD of 1 or 2 TB that's something to ponder. Oh and I apparently can go no higher with screen size than 15-15.6"

If there's an SSD upgrade, I would suggest for that too. Makes it muuuuch faster.
