Yes you always need to listen to your body. After all, for most people the body needs a minimum of 6 hours of rest, but of course each person is different.Usually i stay up till 3AM and sleep to 8AM but sometimes my body is like: "you should get some more sleep because we need it... WE NEED IT, DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT!?"
We all should take 14 day-off out of sleep!
