1) we could also give some 'proven' contest winners more then one hour that would give some extra length to the event.
2) we should also encourage playing whole songs instead of 'highlight' mixes.
3) we could have a vote for some classic eoyc set day or half a day.

1) I think those people should be informed earlier that they can make a set that will last 2 hours. That would give them more time to make something really good.
2) Yep, personally I want people to listen to the song I'm playing and make a transition at some later point. I don't like to jump from track to track too fast.
3) Agree, classics are always good and sometimes DJ's play hidden gems and surpise us with their selection.
