@Matt Rodgers It was dark yet, some minutes before 5am, late October, and I was going down the big stairs at the train station in my city. Between each stair step there's a gap. I was like halfway through I took one unsure step and for a moment I lost my balance, but somehow I managed not to fall and eventually hurt myself, maybe even break my leg for the first time in my life. Well, maybe I'm exaggerating, but even with a twisted ankle or so I'd be unable to make it.. I'm glad they already removed these stairs and are making an underpass connecting the bus station with the train station.

Many people, including me, were scared of them, even adults. These stairs were commonly called "The Stairs of Horror" amongst citizens.

By the way, I've never had anything broken yet! :wow:
