Unless I pull an all nighter and do not have work the following morning

Alas - this is a regular work day.. Wake before 4... in to work for 5:30. And get to do it 'gently'.

yeah mate i know that, was working in shifts for 13 years, hated wake up at 4 same like you
but there was always trance to help and giving energy
