I don't have any preferred one, but there are a lot of dedicated food stores in Prague (Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Greek, etc.). The best way to find them is to try Google Maps. And one of my most favourite restaurants with Georgian cuisine is this one: https://gruzierestaurant.cz/ I've been there many times and the food & the typical atmosphere are quite unique.
