Hola, señor![]()

It's interesting how simply greetings can differ from country to countryMany times when I go shopping and it's past 12 noon, I greet people with a "good morning" and they reply with a "good afternoon". I remember I had the bad habit of not saying good morning, so they would always say to me, "Good morning or are we sleeping together?"![]()

In Slovakia I'm used to say Good Morning - Good Day - Good Evening depending on the time of day. In Czechia almost nobody uses Good Morning, mostly Good Day, even if it's 5am. In Germany you can heard Good Morning before the lunch time which still sounds crazy to me![]()
