mate you ever heard of a volume? do you understand that DJ sets are not the same as being LIVE ?
you know DJs love to crank volumes up and down, and signal will peak and thats something we dont want therefore limiter is in place.

When you make sets you can make them really louder and no cause any peaking...

I know they are different. Do not know what peaking means, but suspect it results in distortion. But I am sure some livestreams could have been much louder without risking peaking.
