Looks like its a big building with grand entrances to the south-west and north-east. It appears to have a large Tent on the north corner of the lot and many smaller tents on the south corner.

I would call it some type of massive flea market/rummage sale place.

Oh wait, is it a beer factory? with sampling tents?
