Have you considered Drupal?

The current site works great, I have nothing bad to say about it. However with a growing community, you might want something that can scale and something that is modular. Check out what this site has done with Drupal.. Im not saying to steal thier content, but the idea's of having DJ profiles, mixes and other stuff is nice.

Custom DJ profiles are in workds as well
