And would like to know how to get the track listings for each set played, is there anywhere on here I can get this...Also is there anywhere I can download sets that have been payed?

There is individual topics created for each set. The tracklist is posted on top!

Check "LiveSets @ Afterhours.FM" for newer sets played.

indeed.. and if there's not a tracklist available yet, just don't hesitate to make a post in that specific topic; it won't do any harm and i'm sure the dj's will do what they can to provide you with a tracklist
