Yeh it's from 1999 so I was what 17 and just getting into exactly that kinda music & drugs :) :) Ahh 90's were the best. What flipping happened!!

To be fair it came out in 1999 but in those days you either had to see it at the cinema or wait literally years for it to be shown on normal telly.

Yeh it's a British classic and completely spot on. That tune orbital - belfast...
