Well: after having walked each day minimal once, most often twice, I don't expect they 'lose their way' by now in the neighborhood. She just ' left ' me and Jacky after a few streets last night. Yes, I started to feel uneasy, after having been looking for her ( together with faithful Jacky )
Jack was hit by a Vee-belt of a started car engine last week ...
Put some small research. First : called at a neighbour. Asked after their car.
Second try was ' hit ' : an engineer, driving in a small van. Parked his car a few hours ago, before my frontdoor. At the neighbours, gas- and electricitymeters are replaced by new ones. When starting the car, he heard some undefined sounds, he told me when I addressed him. It's pure coïncidence the guy returned lateron ! We opened the hood. And indeed we did notice black cat hairs ... the Vee-belt has torn my kitty. Ribbs are injured and now there's a check for internal damages
