Dutch do. Actually. In my culture, in my country, putting (on purpose, yet: careless, indifferent too) is received, is experiended as an offence :chair: no joke :) I've seen & heard interviews (atmosphere cgoing worse, talks cut off even, when no apologies were made) :icecream:
