Absolutely ridiculous mate having to pay someone we know to fix it. Should have been covered by Barratt homes for 5 years. They wriggled out of doing anything to fix it other than sending an electrician to see why it was blowing the power in my downstairs.

The fault was in there corner for not fitting it correctly with a dripping pipe into an electric box in the water tank cupboard but they still wouldnt admit fault. Raging honestly!!
