I remember a lot of classics, but I'm in the same boat. Even though back then the sounds were more unique, one can't simply remember all of them. I usually have a good ear for melodies, with basslines the best I can do is ID the artist.

I highly recommend Essential mixes (Oakenfold and Sasha, the likes) if you want to go for classics... :grinning:
