Track ID - v. vague!

I've been hearing this track a lot when I go clubbing around the place, and the only thing of note in this song that I can remember is:

-Fair length of bass beat
followed by...
-a short silence in which a lazy 'wow' is said by a male voice

The above cycle occurs a few times, and that's about all I remember from it. I believe this song is also fairly popular in Australian clubs if that helps at all
