@Patrik Endler Is it possible to encounter a bear in the mountains near Tanvald / Liberec? I read about hiking there - for example in the Ještěd Mountain - but no one mentioned the bears

No bears here... The nearest place with bears is in Slovakia - Tatry mountains, I guess...

Ok, thanks I was hiking there in Slovakia - around Stary Smokovec. Some years after I was there, the bears were seen in the city centre.

Mother bear with two cubs from Smokovec have new home​
