A lot of (new) stuff is now going directly to MP3 nowadays... Many tunes are exclusively on mp3.

How do you do that when you have liveset? Just mixing the MP3's and vinyl in to each other?

Yea, just play the mp3 on the computer in one channel of the mixer and have the vynl deck in the other channel

Hehe I buy all my tunes at 192, credit crunch and all that :grinning2:

Much as I admire the ingenuity of the computer-based mixing (of which I consider XiJaro to be the master) it doesn't appeal to me in the slightest - I spend all day at work clicking a mouse and I think I'm allergic to laptops!

Someone needs to come up with a proper good computer based program, there are lots which do different things, but there ain't one which does everything. Its a shame!
