I couldn't bear that. I was born there (1956), but I got to the sunny south as soon as my parents could bring me. (1958) :grinning:

I think I could bear it better than the idea of living with very strong hurricanes. At least Ike only hit here as a tropical depression, nearly just a low. :wow:

I still have no idea of where I actually would like to live though.
 
Wow, I just looked the clock, the set is 3/4 over already!

It's been so comfortable listening that I didn't even realize the time passing by!

Maybe for you, but us Texans think that October is the best month of the whole year. It's when ALL the church festivals and other outdoor festivals take place. There's gonna be a huge music festival in Austin on Town Lake (remember the bats?) this month. The ACL Festival (Austin City Limits, a music program on PBS (public broadcasting TV station) KLRU. I never go to those. Too crowded. And no Trance. :P

hmm...

I think I'm getting a bit better than I was earlier today. Mainly just my sinus and nasal cavities, along with my larynx are acting up still. Very slight headache.
