I think the thing I like best today though is that the genre is truly international, rather than just being a niche market in a few places. I love the fact that someone one day might email me from Venezuela, or the Italy, or the top of Mount Everest, send me a tune they made in their spare time, and I could play it to the world half an hour later - it opens up so many more possibilities I love how EDM generally is run only by merit and substance rather than image, so it doesn't matter if you're cool or not, famous or not, friends with a record label owner or not any more, just so long as you can make a tune good enough :smile1:

I live in Doncaster mate, it's not really famous for anything though, but as I said, it was handy being a 20 minute drive from Gatecrasher back when I was at a loose end on weekends
