Got any computer hardware gurus on today? I want some advice on HD coolers. Low profile, quiet, and high air-flow. Got any recommendations?

Liquid cooled? Supposed to be super silent and high capacity. Not sure how much extra equipment or expense is involved though.

I just got a fan to keep my GPU and CPU cool.. Other stuff cools with the CPU airflow..
