09-04-2011 Official Meeting Den Bosch

Where should the AH.fm Meeting be held?

It's an idea. It also gives me less risk. If I buy massive amounts of beer and only 20 people show up, I'll have beer left that I'll never finish. :)

How about everybody on the list has to confirm once more they are coming, like in the last week of March and I'll buy beer for those. 3/4 beers per person.

We probably go by bus anyway, cuz I walked to the Brabanthallen yesterday and it's actually a bit further than I thought from my house. I'm almost certain there will be free busses from the train station to the venue, so it's easy and fast to use those as well.

I think it would be better to say that people bring your own booze, if everyone brings a few beers with them would be enough :)

Yeah, probably.. i was absent... Being in Boston (and Washington) as usual and so!
 
There's a supermarket on the Den Bosch station, with beer. Also, Holland = 16 year olds are allowed to buy and drink beer. :lol:

Wow this looks great, and is tempting me to go to ASOT 500 (never been to an ASOT party). Could anyone suggest the best way to come from Frankfurt Germany, avoiding tall costs? Thanks guys
