In 30 minutes, it will be 5pm here. I'm breaking out the Bombay as soon as that happens. I'll get smashed tonight. Yeah. Come to think of it, that's a good idea. I'll have BBQ chicken and Bombay Sapphire Gin. :mask::drunk::cat:

Long story. Sometime ago I referenced "Opera Cake" in a post. There were some folks onboard who were into cooking, think it was around T-Giving or X-mas time, and they wanted to know what opera cake was. So I posted pic. Then came scramble for recipes, etc. A few folks actually made one. A lot of work though, and been a while since I had any. Very decadent. Coffee/espresso/chocolate in almond grenache, etc.. And lots of butter. Yep, very decadent indeed!! :grinning:
