Long story. Sometime ago I referenced "Opera Cake" in a post. There were some folks onboard who were into cooking, think it was around T-Giving or X-mas time, and they wanted to know what opera cake was. So I posted pic. Then came scramble for recipes, etc. A few folks actually made one. A lot of work though, and been a while since I had any. Very decadent. Coffee/espresso/chocolate in almond grenache, etc.. And lots of butter. Yep, very decadent indeed!! :grinning:
