July began with some amazing news, I would be playing at one of my favorite local clubs with two artists who had been huge influences on me when I first started playing years ago. Gabriel and Dresden were back on tour and I would be warming up the club right before they went on!

I had played with Josh before so it was great to see him again. We chatted a bit as he set up before they went on and then went back to his hotel to chat and talk music a bit later than night. He always gives me some great insight on life and music and its so strange for me to think now that I hang out and chat with people now who I idolized when I was much younger. It's nights like these when I think about how lucky I really am!

I also did something I've never ever done. Now I'm a club dj, I do it for the music, I do it because I want to and so I would never play a wedding....unless however the wedding was for your good friend/web designer and he was a trance fan too! Such a great time on this night and with an open bar, well...what more could you ask for haha Congrats Chris and Anne!!
