Hmm, I`m sad to say I cant go this year. I had to choose; this or Grotesque the weekend before in Rotterdam and I choose Rotterdam.

Q: What is going on ?
A: The CZ Davis Cup team has won last Sunday 16.9.12 in Argentina the Davis Cup semi finals. This win has given the Czech Republic the obligation to host the Davis Cup Finals in the Czech Republic. The date for the Davis Cup finals is scheduled by the ITF (International Tennis Federation) for 16,17 and 18 November. Prague’s o2 arena seems to be the only venue in the Czech Republic which for 100% corresponds with the requirements set by the ITF to host the Davis Cup Finals (such as Capital, nearby international airport, capacity over 12.000 visitors, sufficient VIP area, etc). But we have for Transmission from the beginning of this year a rental contract for the o2 arena for 14/18 November and that causes now a big problem for the O2 arena to be able to host the Davis Cup finals. Therefore we were asked if it could be possible to re-schedule Transmission to another date. We don't like it at all but we do understand the unique situation the o2 arena is in. The great honor and big interests for the o2 arena and the whole Czech republic is something we have to deal with seriously and can't easily undermine. Now we are trying to find the best possible solution that would satisfy the Transmission fans but there is a chance and how it looks like most probably we have to re-schedule Transmission to another date because not much other options are left.
Q: Is Transmission cancelled ?
A: No, Transmission is not canceled and will not be canceled. Transmission will take place in the o2 arena.
Q: Is Transmission re-scheduled ?
A: No, at this moment Transmisison is not re-scheduled and the date is still as announced 17.11.12. Next week the final decision will be made but if we are realistic, it most probably has to be re-scheduled and if so, we will announce this with an official press release.
Q: If Transmission has to be re-scheduled, what will be the new date ?
A: IF we have to re-schedule the new date will be 19.1.13
Q: What will be the Line Up if Transmission has to be re-scheduled ?
A: All announced DJ’s are available 19.1.13 and the Line UP will stay the same as announced.
Q: IF you have to re-schedule, Is my ticket also valid 19.1.13 ?
A: Yes, your ticket is also valid 19.1.13
Q: We have booked flights and hotel for 17.11.12. What IF Transmission has to be re-scheduled ?
A: IF we have to re-schedule Transmission we will organize another event 17.11.12 in Prague to offer to you the possibility not having to interrupt your travel plans made. All people from abroad who have booked flights/hotel will have free access to this event. The location for this event is not decided yet but we prefer to organize it in Sasazu (2.500 capacity) Other venue options are also being explored. At this event will play Markus Schulz and Khomha and we also will make a poll to find out if the people would like to see a longer set from Markus Schulz or would like to see more DJ’s playing out the Transmission Line Up as announced. This event will be worked out further if we know what we are up to and IF we have to re-schedule Transmission.
Q: How do I know sure I can access this event ?
A: All people from abroad who would like to use this option will have the possibility to ask for a guarantee ticket for this event by e-mail. In the e-mail you should tell us with how many people you would like to attend this event and sent us a copy (copies) of your flight ticket(s) and Transmission ticket(s) We will sent you a confirmation and guarantee ticket afterwards by mail. You can access this event for free by showing at the door your Guarantee ticket in combination with your boarding pass. You can keep your Transmission ticket and use it again for 19.1.13 if you want.
Q: I want to attend the event 17.11.12 but I can’t make it 19.1.13, what to do with my Transmision ticket ?
A: You can hand in your Transmission ticket at the door and you will be paid out the difference in value in drink vouchers.
All other questions and possibilities we will offer and what to do we will answer when we know what we are up to and if it is sure have to re-schedule Transmission. Excuses for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
