02. Mory Kante: Yeke Yeke (Solarstone's Deep & Throbbing Remix)

24 years since the first release and 16 years after THAT Hardfloor remix we see 'Yeke Yeke' being re-released with some interesting names on remix duties. Solarstone makes clever use of his own old Z2 track's TB303 acid line and creates a deep and throbbing 9 minute prog trance version. I've been playing the Hardfloor mix once or twice a year ever since 1995 so it's nice to get a fresh version to play out. Surely it's nearly impossible to touch the magic of that version but this is pretty damn good!
 
Well, that's a nice remix. Surprisingly :grinning:
 
LOL I'm really getting old. I still have the original version of this track on vinyl :D

And after rather pumping start it's time to get into deeper groove...
