7. David West: Gura (Inkfish Remix)
Scandinavians know their prog house/trance! :) Norwegian Infish duo updates Stockholms fave prog trance producer David West's already massive 'Gura' into even bigger room prog anthem. It's been a pleasure to see how David West has moved from trance into credible techno during the past 2-3 years while still keeping that own and recognizable production sound. Mark of a great talent for sure. And after working with him in a studio for a day (that's how long we spent on God's Garden in my studio!) I can say he is truly a genius who still has plenty of unleashed potential...

8. Faithless: Not Going Home (Eric Prydz Remix)
Prydz's biggest remix so far? It's so fresh to hear Prydz showing the way to many trance producers with his hypno-techno-trance anthems. This version is destined to big things and actually after hearing 'Not Going Home' and 'Sun To Me' I'm genuinely looking forward to their album to-be-released in May. It was a brave move to leave the major label world behind and do-it-all-yourself. It's been also quite a unique approach to first commision and release lots of remixes and after that release the album when people are already familiar with the melodies. Hope the album delivers!

9. Serge Devant: Wanderer feat. Hadley (Jerome Ism-Ae Remix)
Jerome must be THE most played producer in Radio Unity shows and why not when there are every month couple bass heavy bad ass prog monsters to choose from..? Just like Prydz, Isma-ae has a very hypnotic and groove-based approach even to the more melodic material. Avoiding pop like structures and focusing on repetition retains the credibility even when including big melodies. Winning formula it seems.
