neh getting mad at systems or anything like that is useless

real thing is, if the database is down, or whatever is not working, blame the company, they're the ones who decide how much money to invest. :P

anyways, re-reading your post, i think i dont really understood whats your job all about, but.. oh well :D

Do you sell stuff? Or do you help people who have broke stuff? :mask:

I agree. There's nothing worse than a crummy cheap server that can't handle the load. Bleh. :P

lol haha

what track is this? i've heard it many times this weekend and i really like it!

telesales on sprint is my dept :P

Okay, then. You have a piece of "sample" come up for you to dial on. Depending on the call outcome, you select a "disposition" for that call. No answer, busy, disconnect, callback, whatever. Once you get a person on the phone, you read your spiel to them. It's all right there in front of you to read to them. If they go for it, then you select the choice that takes you to the place in the program to get their name, address, whatever you need to complete the sale. Once you are finished, you read the closing stuff to them that is displayed there for you to read, then finally, you thank them and you've got your "complete".

I'm the person who writes the program that drives everything you say. My company does the same thing except that they don't sell anything. Our "field" people call households to get them to do surveys, they are asking their opinions about lots of different topics. I've written literally hundreds of those programs that drive the surveys. It's a lot of fun because every one of them is different so I'm never bored. :super::cat:

very elaborated but no, i have no program to guide me at all

tough there are scripted parts like branding and closing tho, but its not like reading everything from the monitor :P

i just have a lot of internet explorers , exel grids and well some internal programs just to disposition the calls

but anyways, now i know what you meant before :)

You don't have a complete program that does all that? Oh man. How ... 20th century. I sure would have thought that Sprint had a Interviewer system to handle all that stuff. Wow. I would never have believed that if you didn't tell me. Wow. Amazing. :wow:
