I do, but that doesnt mean I have to like it, not saying I hated it, its just not to my taste...or to the handful of people who actually post here

I totally undestand you, but what I did not understand why would someone call "others" as noobs... Afterhours is Trance and Progressive.

We have tried house, electro in the early stages of AH, its always same outcome the demand is very minimal compared to trance/progressive. That is why we have only trance and progressive or atleast try to have.

i beg to differ, this station is clearly Trance and Progressive, its been built with those that like this style, and in my books the majority wins...you can't continue to cater to 10 listeners when 200 drop

Afterall scroll back in the pages in this thread and have a look at the comments, some radios are just meant to be electro/house/psy etc.. and some are just pure Trance and Progressive such as this one.

Dont get me wrong, everyone has the right to choose what they would like to listen, comment, etc... when I see 200+ drop well that means the style does not fit AH schedule.

Im barely supporting one channel as it is now FREE 192k, there is no way I can support adding anymore new channels at this time, its financially impossible for me at this time.

as i said b4 pepl dont go beyond trance and bash anything tht isnt trance and dont give other genres a chance

i don't know if you understand the model of AH radio, were non profit, FREE 192k etc... I don't believe in charging people for a premium service, If i did do that it would defeat my whole purpose of creating Afterhours. So back to your reply there is no 'profit' but only heavy bills which I pay and people that donate to help me.

but...another channel is not something that grows on trees and develops over night, it takes money and effort....and look at the"other side"...how many listeners in Trance and Progressive and how many in the Tech and Minimal and whatever other Assembly Line sounds are around...the truth remains that those that like this style are very few compared to Trance and Progressive :smile1:
