speaking of disconnections.... if i dont answer my phone after it rings a fifth time, my phone line as well as the internet get temporarily disconnected. :yikes:

what the hell? :mask: thats strange.... u should call them.
we dont have that kind of problems here since almost no one has land line anymore :mask: 98 percents has a mobile.

how bad exactly?

Hmmm... disconnections every 2 to 3 weeks, even sometimes twice per week. And they tell you it's not their fault, that it will take 30min to repair it, and you have to wait 2h or more
In addition, everything is centralized here at the governmental telecommunication company. So consequently, there's no competition, all ISPs have the same offers and the same prices.
Basically, it's shit

the only thing good about it is that there's no download limit

we never have had that kind of limits here..... :mask:

98%?! hahah nice! Btw, Lebanon is one of the most expensive countries, if not THE most, when it comes to cell phones and the operators. Only 2 of them, Alfa and MTC, and they ask a lot. Their offers aren't flexible. Since i have Alfa i'll tell you how it works here:
- 3 refill cards: 90 units (26$), 135 units (37$) and 180 units (48$)
- 90 units for 15 days, 135 for 25 days, 180 for 35 days.
- When those days are over, you have 5 days to refill or else your number dies.
So it's not cumulative. In Poland everytime you refill your phone number's life increases up till 1 year from the day you buy it.
Basically, the customer pays a lot for not much :(

Let's go for Dj Azure :music:
