Well, compared to some, we are... but it's people like us that show that trance is growing as a movement, and that it is healthy and has a decent fanbase.
But now that I've been listeing to it for two years, I should really learn about music... like what the heck does 138 BPM mean?
I'm not that much of a dunce, but I don't know much about music structure and production at all.
sorry, got sidetracked, but yeah I totally understand what you're saying. Been listening 2 years but got into it hardcore this past spring digging up the old stuff and I listen to it on a different realm than when I started.
I think the BPM dictates the style of trance to an extent. Like uplifting is faster and progressive tends to be slower. I'm no pro to preach though, lol. I tell you two things I'm interested in: seeing someone produce a track and figuring out how they name their tunes in the first place!
