Have been wondering the same thing for some time. Perhaps there's a more official answer, but I have been able to use Megaupload search engine to search for the missing sets (for example searching for: Nic Chagall EOYC 2010), then using the megaupload.com link that resulted from the search:

087 Nic Chagall (No DL link)
226 Reaves & Ahorn (No DL link)
234 Matias Lehtola (No DL link)
293 Wippenberg (Megaupload claims file is no longer available)
