Style: Trance & Progressive NO House!

Set name syntax:
Example: DJ Name - EOYC 2015 Contest.zip
DJ Name - EOYC 2015 Contest.mp3 <-- actual set
DJ Name - EOYC 2015 Contest.txt <-- actual tracklist

Both these files zipped and uploaded to (http://www.sendspace.com/ - soundcloud - mixcloud zippyshare link ONLY!!) any other links will be ignored

** sets must be minimum 192k CBR format else disqualified - 320k preferred **

You must be registered to qualify, you need to post the link yourself not someone for you!

Only 1 "one" submission per DJ.

1st november - 20th download sets and listen to them to vote later.
21st november - 30th Poll Goes online
1st december - poll will be closed
2nd december Winners announced (winners will need to make new fresh sets for EOYC) 15 winners.
10th december deadline for contest winner sets

This year, the voting system will be slightly different then the other years. There will be 2 different ways to gain points:

1) Voting (50%)

Same as the other years. The amount of votes will be taken into consideration. The contestant with the most votes gets 50 points, the second one 49, the third 48 and so on...

FAKE accounts and double votes will be noticed!!

2) Quality of the set (50%)

This year, our very own Afterhours resident Above the Clouds will judge all the 50 sets. Originality, transitions, build up and other technical aspects will be taken into consideration. Above the Clouds will give every set a score (50 points maximum). The set with the highest score will receive 50 points, the second best set 49 and so on

Both scores will be taken into consideration. The best sets will receive a slot in the EOYC 2015!!

By this we want to reward quality as well!

I don't think so. As far as I remember, before the date there was made a new thread, which was opened at the given date. After it has reached 50 entries, it was closed again and then the poll was added.

What programme do ya recommend for creating DJ mixes? I know Traktor, but it only offers on-time editting... i.e. once you **** something up, ur whole mixs gonna be screwed... what tools do DJs like AvB or Markus Schulz use?
