yes, i think this is only about taking good mood and energy but it is also very good because with vit. D there are so many aspects...
what is the season, what zone are you in, how big area of the bare body is the sun shining on, what is the body's condition and how it can synthesized vit. D, what time it is and after sunning is important to not have at least 2h shower to let time for sytnthetizing

You have been doin your homework.. this is Vitamin D regulates so so many things and even the daily recommended dosage that 'they' say we should be taking is waaaay below what even does anything at all.... I will take 30,000 IU's, combined with L-Theanine and 500mg GABA (for relaxation), magnesium when waking and zinc just before bed.
