Many have tried, but no one can touch him in terms of basslines imo. Add the fact that he's pretty nifty with the piano melodies too and you get one hell of a combo. Unquestionably one of the old time great producers.

Solarstone - Seven Cities (Darren Porter remix) :bow: :bow: all time great classic.
 
Many of today's producers try so hard to ruin these classics. I think Darren kept the essence of the song, which is the beautiful melody, and gave it a little more punch. Not as good as the original, but than no other version is.
