I was just thinking about how so many "shows" now are nothing more than a series of random tracks cobbled together with no regard for anything like progression, low, creating a mood, or making interesting transitions. That's not a dj set, it's a playlist.

It's disappointing how many DJ's will do that kind of thing, even for their live shows. It's especially lazy, given how much easier it is to mix live these days. It was a lot harder when nothing was catalogued well harmonically and you'd be working by ear with vinyls. The setups in a lot of clubs weren't exactly the easiest to work with either. Often you could step on a dodgy floorboard in a DJ booth and it would make the stylus skip on the vinyl to cause a horrendous train wreck.

this is what they use here, they can get through anything

Yeah with ours it's more of a lorry looking thing, so they don't have the drive through anything capabilities of that. If it snows a lot our airports can't cope. In Finland I think they had about ten times the amount of snow and no delays. We just can't cope if it snows a lot here, which thankfully it hasn't for a few years now.

Allright. The first two were in some way that's why I asked. The sound was great in both too but also the lyrics

They're nice tracks and I'd say they have a nice message that fits well together. I'd be struggling if I had to think about any deep lyrical meaning for either track without a few more listens though.
