maybe I'm having too much of manuel le saux stuff these days but no this set is cheesy so farGee, Cyber, don't hold anything back now.

Sorry Ma'amEnglish is not the only ' universal ' language. Those times are history
Apart from Esperanto, there's Spanish too, for instance. And the present generations are accustomed learning Chinese.
next true universal language !
God help us all if Chinese becomes the universal language. I wouldn't mind it if it were a free country, but it is not.

Yeah the official second language is still Swedish but English has been our second language unofficially quite long time now :smile:

Keep using a language is the more important as the language is more 'remote' of the native tongue, I guess. Still using English and German these days

The 2nd language here in Texas is, of course, Spanish. But there are sizable German and Czech communities here as well. But with immigration being what it is here, Spanish wins out. Census numbers suggest that Hispanics will become the majority someday.
