God help us all if Chinese becomes the universal language. I wouldn't mind it if it were a free country, but it is not. :(:cat:

My second language is also french. Err, was French. :P

I forgot it all when I left Quebec.

Yeah the official second language is still Swedish but English has been our second language unofficially quite long time now :smile:

:) Keep using a language is the more important as the language is more 'remote' of the native tongue, I guess. Still using English and German these days :cap:

The 2nd language here in Texas is, of course, Spanish. But there are sizable German and Czech communities here as well. But with immigration being what it is here, Spanish wins out. Census numbers suggest that Hispanics will become the majority someday. :cat:
